Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp guests take a Saturday morning for training Muay Thai on the crystal white sands and blue waters of Nai Harn Beach, Phuket, Thailand. Guests start of with a nice run along the 1.1 km stretch of beach, Muay Thai technique, training, and some fun and games including a full team tug of war before hitting the waves for a refreshing break.
