Tiger Muay Thai guests and trainers workout at Suan Luang Park, Phuket Town

Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp guests and trainers spend a Saturday morning working out at Phuket Town’s Suan Luang Park going for run, exercises, drills, skills, padwork. Great day. The day started with workout at park and then an afternoon football game between trainers and guests and then BBQ Beatdown 15 at night with all you can eat and drink BBQ, UFC 100 showing, and Muay Thai smoker fights for guests entertainment.
