Tiger Muay Thai Beach Training Session @ Nai Harn Beach, Phuket, Thailand

Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp guests spend a Saturday morning on August 22, 2009 training on one of the nicest beaches in the world: Nai Harn Beach, Phuket, Thailand. Guests start out with a 1.1 kilometer run along the white sands of Nai Harn and then practice technique. The training session also includes some fun swimming, tug-of-war with trainers and enjoying the morning.
